I think it’s also called Beef Stew. This is very easy to make and delish!
Ingredients:
1 k. beef, cubes
¼ k. beef liver
2 tbsp. garlic, chopped
2 cups onion, chopped
1 ½ cups tomatoes, chopped
¾ cups red bell pepper, chopped
¾ cups green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp. tomato paste
½ cup all-purpose cream
½ cup cheese, grated
1 beef bouillon cube
3 cups water
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
3- 4 pcs. bird’s eye chili (siling labuyo), chopped
Procedure:
Sauté garlic, onion, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
Add beef and beef liver. Let cook for 3-5 minutes then take-out the liver and let it cool.
Add water, beef bouillon cube and tomato paste. Cook until beef is tender.
Meanwhile, grate the liver and put it to the cooking beef with the chili, salt and ground black pepper.
Add the cream and cheese.
Serve hot with rice.
