Whenever my family gets bored of eating the usual fried fish, I try to cook this recipe. It’s easy and delicious. I don’t measure the ingredients, I just eye-ball them according to my taste. You may do so, too, according to the amount of your fish.
Ingredients:
St. Peter’s Fish (Tilapia)
chopped garlic
sliced ginger
sliced onion leaves
button mushrooms
oyster sauce
soy sauce
sugar
cornstarch
water
salt and pepper
Procedure:
Fry fish in oil until golden brown. Set aside.
In another pan, sauté garlic, ginger, and onion leaves. Add mushroom, oyster sauce, soy sauce, water and sugar. Let it boil for about 3 minutes. Add cornstarch mix with water for thicker sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the fish then simmer.
Serve hot with rice.
